Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

LUXE Tropical Escapes by LeeAnn, LLC acts as an independent travel advisor providing personalized

planning services. I coordinate travel arrangements with third-party vendors including airlines, hotels, cruise

lines, and tour operators. I do not own or operate any of the services or accommodations you may book.

2. Booking & Payment

- LUXE Tropical Escapes by LeeAnn, LLC does not book vacations with travel dates less than 30 days away

from the date of inquiry or request.

- A non-refundable planning fee will apply before beginning your custom itinerary. Price is determined based on the needs of planning.

- All payments are made directly to travel vendors unless otherwise specified.

- Prices, availability, and final costs are subject to change until booking is confirmed.

- Clients are responsible for reviewing all terms provided by third-party suppliers.

3. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

- LUXE Tropical Escapes by LeeAnn, LLC is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes imposed

by travel vendors.

- Refunds (if applicable) are subject to the policies of each individual supplier.

- Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.

4. Travel Insurance

I highly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip

cancellation, delays, lost luggage, and medical emergencies. Declining insurance coverage may result in

financial loss that LUXE Tropical Escapes by LeeAnn, LLC is not liable for.

5. Client Responsibilities

- Ensure all names are spelled correctly as per government-issued ID.

- Confirm all travel documents are valid, including passports, visas, vaccinations, and COVID-19

requirements.

- Review all booking confirmations and itineraries upon receipt.

6. Liability Disclaimer

LUXE Tropical Escapes by LeeAnn, LLC is not liable for personal injury, property damage, loss, delay, or

inconvenience caused by acts beyond my control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters,

pandemics, strikes, terrorism, or the actions/failures of third-party travel providers.

7. Assumption of Risk

By booking travel, you understand that travel involves inherent risks and you voluntarily assume all risks

related to travel. You release LUXE Tropical Escapes by LeeAnn, LLC from all liability for any damages or

losses incurred during your trip.

8. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By signing a copy (sent via email), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this waiver.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for all aspects of your travel arrangements and have been advised

to obtain travel insurance.

A signed copy of the contract, T&O, and traveler insurance decline will be required to proceed with any services.
